Gisteren ochtend ontdekten we enkele vreemde resultaten in Google Analytics. Sommige accounts vertoonden voor zaterdag 28/7 en zondag 29/7 opeens zeer lage bezoekers aantallen. Sommige sites hadden volgens GA zelfs geen enkele bezoekers tijdens gans het weekend!
Vandaag stond er op de blog van Google Analytics volgend officieel bericht:
“Google Analytics users,
There is a temporary reporting delay within Google Analytics accounts. For most accounts, reporting is current through this past Saturday night. Please note that no data will be lost - data will continue to be collected and processed during this time.
We are in the process of fully updating your Google Analytics account data and will display it within your reports as soon as possible. Please note, you are still able to log in to your accounts and access all the data through Saturday. We will update this blog when reporting is fully restored.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay in reporting has caused. Thank you for using Google Analytics. ”
Hopelijk worden deze problemen snel opgelost en krijgen we snel terug correcte data te zien. We blijven de Google Analytics Blog op de voet volgen en hopen dat we snel een nieuwe update krijgen hieromtrent….

Vanuit verschillende kanalen heb ik ook vernomen dat Google Analytics
af en toe een eigen willetje schijnt te vertonen.
Tamelijk verontrustend als je belang voor een groot deel van de Googlewereld afhangt. Misschien dat de search engine boys eerst beter moeten schaduwdraaien met systemen voordat ze live gaan…
